Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (credentialed or non-credentialed) for our Plastic Surgery West Clinic in Southwest Portland. You will work with a collaborative team and support patient-focused care in a busy specialty setting.

Responsibilities include assisting staff, preparing patients, scheduling, updating records, and contributing to high-value care. Certification and CPR/BLS are required, with Epic EMR experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Certification through a national agency (AAMA/NCCT or equivalent) required.
• Medical Assistants must be certified within 90 days; new grads welcome.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire; ACLS may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff by collecting information and escorting patients to exam rooms.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures and specialty-related tests.
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Update records as needed and support overall delivery of patient care.
