Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for Plastic Surgery in SW Portland. Credentialed or non-credentialed candidates are welcome to apply, joining a collaborative team focused on high-value patient care.

Primary duties include preparing patients, assisting with procedures, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring privacy, safety, and excellent patient experience. The role is on-site at the SW Portland clinic with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Certification through a national agency (AAMA, NCCT, etc.) is required.
• Medical Assistants must be certified within 90 days.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff by collecting information and prepping patients.
• Assist with procedures and specialty-related tests/monitoring.
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Update records as needed.
• Assist with overall delivery of patient care in the department.
