Harborview Medical Center’s Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team seeks an ARNP or PA-C to deliver patient-centered surgical care across inpatient, outpatient, ED and OR settings in Seattle.

You will perform wound care, laceration repair, and independent procedures while collaborating with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes diverse pediatric to adult populations and trauma-informed care.

Formación

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Washington State ARNP licensure and prescriptive authority by start of employment.
• National board certification appropriate to the patient population and setting.
• Current DEA registration/eligibility required for the position.
• Or: Graduation from an ARC-PA–accredited Physician Assistant program with WA PA licensure and NCCPA.

Responsabilidades

• Support continuity of care across the surgical continuum including preop and postop care.
• Outpatient clinic: new patient consultations, wound care, and follow-up visits.
• Inpatient: rounding, orders, discharge planning, and ED/OR collaboration.
• Operating room: first assistant for craniofacial and gender-affirming procedures.
• Documentation across EMR and care coordination for complex patients.
• Provide patient education with trauma-informed, inclusive care.
