Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Georgia. The role involves packaging, labeling and final visual inspection of products, while supporting line operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes.

A strong emphasis on safety and quality is required as you help meet production goals. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of learning new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work 8–12 hour days.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform final visual inspections and labeling of finished goods to maintain quality.
• Track quantity produced on the line to support efficiency and reporting.
• Package pipe to customer specifications using SOPs and proper labeling.
• Assist line operators with start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changes.
