Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to support packaging, labeling and visual inspections on the production line. You will assist line operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development within a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in fluctuating temperatures.
• Basic math skills and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure quality through final visual inspections and labeling of finished goods.
• Track production units and assist with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes to meet goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and consistently use PPE.
• Assist line operators with setup and changes, and learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and facility housekeeping as part of daily duties.
