Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion preferred.
• Knowledge of HDPE or PET plastics is a plus.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and hand tools familiarity.
• Forklift experience and warehouse knowledge are beneficial.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Excel, or SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hot environment (above 90°F).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture plastic products according to specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with mold changes, machine start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Perform quality checks and complete production records.
• Conduct minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Handle materials and assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, minimize scrap, and maintain production efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and housekeeping practices.
