Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance while inspecting finished products for quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some experience with plastic molding equipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
