Job summary

Ravago is seeking a Quality Technician at the Baytown site to monitor and maintain the quality of all products produced, ensuring adherence to Quality, Laboratory, Environmental and Safety systems while supporting production.

The role requires 1-2 years in manufacturing (plastics preferred), strong communication skills, and forklift experience; the team operates in a demanding environment with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage time, organize, and set priorities.
• Forklift experience required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality of all products produced at RMA Baytown.
• Provide production process support; ability to shut down an extruder when a quality concern requires it.
• Prepare data for lot certifications and enter SPC data from off-line testing.
• Train, coach, assist and verify manufacturing personnel to perform in-process inspections.
• Follow all Quality, Safety and Environmental Procedures.
