Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of forklift experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to learn and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality requirements.
• Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers as required.
• Communicate status of work-in-process at shift start and end.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 7S standards.
• Safely operate a forklift and follow material-handling procedures.
• Report issues to supervision promptly and comply with Safety, Quality, Environmental procedures.
