Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or similar industry.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate extrusion production activities to meet targets.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and equipment is properly set up and maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Assist supervisor with production planning and staffing.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; support personal growth.
• Address personnel issues and resolve problems.
• Communicate with other departments and maintain clear information flow.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and product quality verified.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Provide training and develop staff; monitor performance.
• Maintain production records and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reductions.
• Collaborate on cross-functional process improvements.
