Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Lead to guide a team through plastic extrusion production. You will ensure efficient operation, maintain product quality, and lead operators and technicians to meet shift targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate tasks, optimize the production plan, and drive continuous improvements across cross-functional teams. A non-exempt, on-site role with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production activities on the shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure equipment is set up, maintained, and operated per SOPs; troubleshoot issues.
