Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Blending Lead for National Pipe & Plastics in North America. This hands-on role directs blending technicians, operates mixers, sets up equipment, and maintains accurate batch weights to ensure consistent material supply for extrusion.

You will follow safety protocols, monitor scales, and coordinate with supervision for maintenance and supplies, supporting production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blending technicians and oversee daily blending operations.
• Set up mixers and conveyors to produce required compounds.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper PPE usage.
• Weigh ingredients accurately and maintain batch weights.
• Record and report blending data and material usage.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs and routine inspections.
