Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Plasma Donor Center Technician to execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures, ensuring donor safety and product quality.

You will follow FDA/SOPs, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent donor service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-site training provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months of experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Stock and replenish supplies for production needs.
• Review donor identification and confidentiality per SOPs.
• Set up equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis; label units.
