Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Plasma Processor who will execute plasmapheresis by performing venipunctures and manage donor flow in a fast-paced center.

You will operate plasmapheresis machines, monitor donor safety, ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and GMP, and document procedures and QA records. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to train others as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal protocol.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation complies with state and federal regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintain high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas; stock supplies; report unsafe conditions; perform FIFO tasks.
• Review donor identification, monitor donor conditions, uphold donor confidentiality.
