Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification is necessary.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure completion.
• Manage production area and motivate employees.
• Consult management for donor/employee concerns.
