CSL Plasma in Cincinnati is seeking a role responsible for sampling, testing, shipping and storage of plasma from donors, reporting to Assistant Center Manager.

You will collect plasma samples using sterile technique, verify labels, and ensure proper storage and handling according to SOPs. The job includes packing, shipping documentation, and maintaining safe working conditions and confidentiality. Experience in lab or warehouse is preferred; HS diploma required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and verify labeling accuracy by matching pre-printed labels to dynamic labels.
• Use sterile technique and heat sealer to ensure sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.
• May ensure samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation and monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures.
• Record variances in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
• Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
• Follows all HSE and OSHA policies and procedures; promote safety; may be cross-trained in other areas.
