Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a laboratory or warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to the freezer to ensure product quality.
• Store plasma units properly according to SOPs and verify labeling accuracy.
• Use sterile technique to draw samples and ensure sterility of unit samples.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation as needed.
• Monitor temperatures and record variances; perform daily equipment calibrations.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA/HSE policies.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and potentially require bilingual skills.
