Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, strategy and project management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree plus related education; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, and customer journey methodologies.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plasma Innovation Hub and define the strategic roadmap.
• Govern the end-to-end innovation portfolio for value and scalability.
• Oversee cross-functional governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct market research, donor insights, and competitive assessments.
• Provide foresight on industry shifts and build business cases for leadership.
