Job summary

Takeda is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomist at BioLife Plasma Services in Janesville, WI. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and record vital signs to support plasma center operations.

You will use the Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and coordinate compensation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for shifts, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing role preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Willing to work varying shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
