Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a role focused on donor screening and registration, training reception staff, and maintaining efficient donor flow in a plasma center in Minnesota. The position emphasizes accurate data recording, safety, and effective communication with donors and callers.

Responsibilities include health screenings, operation of pheresis equipment, and adherence to SOPs/POP. A high school diploma and 18 months in a related role are required; bilingual skills may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare or plasma collection.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing screening per SOP and perform health screenings.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as trained.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies.
• Answer calls and provide information to callers.
• Monitor donor reactions and ensure safety during pheresis.
• Calibrate equipment daily and troubleshoot issues; document incidents.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
