Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Victorville, CA is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist role. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. Required certifications CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT in California, high school diploma, and willingness to work evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license in CA required.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety and courtesy.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate donor records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes.
