Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist in Victorville, CA. You will greet donors, perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and maintain accurate records. This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced center.

Shifts are 4-6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, with paid training and opportunities to grow within the center. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the shift and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with bloodborne pathogens and glove use.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support plasma center operations and suggest process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
