Job summary

Corle Building Systems in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plasma Operator for the 2nd shift in our Production Department. You will operate a computer-controlled plasma cutter, fabricate metal parts, and ensure quality according to drawings.

Ideal candidates have welding/manufacturing experience and the ability to read blueprints and tape measures. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields is required.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must have moderate computer skills.
• Basic manufacturing experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer-controlled plasma cutter.
• Clean slag from tables.
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
• Program the plasma machine.
• Locate appropriate materials according to job order.
• Cut parts to conform to the drawings.
