Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. in Imler, PA is seeking Laborers for the Panel Line on 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor the panel line, inspect panels for quality, and assist maintenance with issues to keep production flowing.

A strong emphasis on safety and efficiency is required. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ($16.00-$18.00) with a 2nd shift differential, a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a growing

Qualifications

Set up, operate, and monitor panel line machines to ensure consistent quality and production flow.
Inspect panels for accuracy, finish, and defects, making adjustments as needed.
Assist with troubleshooting and communicate mechanical or production issues to maintenance when necessary.
Accurately complete jobs in the order they are received.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Willing to operate a crane and forklift
