Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center technician to perform plasmapheresis procedures, including venipuncture, machine operation, and donor care. You will ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP while delivering a positive donor experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting procedures, and supporting a safe, efficient plasma collection process in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties, prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedure with high quality and safety.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and verify donor identification per SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events as needed.
• Stock and replenish supplies to meet production needs and maintain a clean environment.
• Track machine logs and complete accurate documentation of procedures.
• Provide excellent donor experience and customer service at all times.
