Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a skilled plasma donor center technician to execute plasmapheresis procedures and venipunctures with precision.

You will maintain donor safety, comply with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards, and ensure a positive donor experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, maintaining logs, monitoring donor conditions, and supporting a clean, compliant work area while delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties, prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis while upholding safety standards.
• Set up and prepare equipment and disposable supplies for procedures; label units and samples accurately.
• Maintain donor identification and confidentiality per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions and ensure donor comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs, including machine logs.
