Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedures and donor venipuncture in compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor donors, manage flow and donor safety during collection.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with donor reactions as needed.
• Educate donors about processes, policies and center requirements.
