Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daytime operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee production scheduling, ensure equipment readiness, and coach teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of aircraft components and manufacturing processes. A repair or A&P credential is valued, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English—written and spoken.
• Associate degree preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four (4) years' experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Repairman Certificate within 2–4 months or an A&P license is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model professional behavior; promote a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and long-range goals.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
• Provide timely performance information and administrative updates.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace.
• Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coach staff to adhere to policies and procedures; address performance issues.
• Ensure staff receive proper training for assigned operations.
• Document traveler information after operations; interact with customers as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with quality standards.
