Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Production Engineering in the United States. You will lead a small team of engineers, drive project execution and process improvements, and partner with repair and manufacturing cells to implement new products and processes.

The role requires a BS in engineering and at least 6 years in aerospace or turbine manufacturing, plus prior supervisory experience. Expect involvement in budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering in Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine manufacturing, or component repair.
• Previous supervisor experience.
• Detailed knowledge of gas turbine component manufacturing, or repair processes.
• Capable of developing and monitoring project budgets, schedules, resource needs, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a focused team of 3–5 engineers within a sub-discipline (project, design, or process).
• Drive task execution, schedule adherence, contingency and capacity planning; coach team members.
• Engage with internal customers and program teams to align product/process needs; monitor team performance using MOS tools.
• Partner with Repair and Manufacturing Cells to implement new products/processes; manage resources and budgets; report status to leadership.
• Enforce 5S principles; ensure compliance with IPM/QPM and ISO-9000; uphold MOS standards.
