Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Donor Center Associate to determine donor eligibility, perform plasma collection, and process products while maintaining compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and GMP standards.

You will operate automated plasmapheresis equipment, respond to alarms, monitor donor conditions, maintain records, ensure donor confidentiality, and provide a positive donor experience in a safe, clean center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Maintain records, donor confidentiality, and a safe donor experience.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
