The role emphasizes safety, donor confidentiality, and high-quality sample handling, with responsibilities spanning equipment operation, inspections, and recordkeeping in a fast-paced donor center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 3 months' experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor safety and experience.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness and proper biohazard handling.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality control checks.
