Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Miami Gardens, FL seeks a Quality Assurance professional to lead QA activities within the plasma center. You will ensure compliance with FDA/EMA standards, manage audits, and train staff on GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee quality control, CAPAs, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the Regional Quality Director and collaborating with Operations teams.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in a Quality Assurance role required.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate independent of plasma center Operations to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Lead audits and inspections preparation across the center.
• Develop and deliver QA training on GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and oversee QA backup staff.
