Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Quality Manager I to lead the plasma center QA program. You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, oversee donor safety, product quality, and QC processes, and manage CAPAs, deviations, and audits.

The role requires coordinating with operations to maintain quality performance and regulatory readiness, including staff training on GMP, SOPs, and compliance standards across the center.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a Quality Assurance role is required.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plasma center activities comply with federal, state and local regulations and industry standards.
• Lead QA audits and inspections both internal and external.
• Oversee donor screening, plasma collection, storage and shipping QC processes.
• Review deviations, CAPAs and customer complaints; implement corrective actions.
• Provide QA training and back-up coverage for staff in GMP, SOPs and regulatory compliance.
