Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Quality Manager I to enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards. You will oversee donor safety, product quality, and QC processes, including audits, CAPAs, training, and documentation.

The role requires a B.S. degree (preferred) and at least one year in a QA role. You will lead QA activities, maintain SOPs, and support continuous quality improvements across the plasma center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• One year of experience in a Quality Assurance role is required.
• Experience with quality management systems and quality control processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate independent of plasma center Operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations impacting plasma collection and donor safety.
• Lead audits and inspections; prepare responses and track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver QA training; oversee QA staff and backups.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
• Monitor and improve the quality system through trend investigation and changes.
