Job summary

B Positive Plasma - Egg Harbor Township is seeking a Plasma Center Specialist to work under the Center Manager and clinical leadership. You will ensure donor suitability, product integrity and donor health by following FDA/state SOP guidelines and regulatory standards.

The role involves phlebotomy preparation, donor screening, maintaining equipment, and documenting activities while delivering excellent donor service. Travel to nearby facilities for training or staffing support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• Experience or education in a health-related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register donors.
• Administer health history questionnaire to donors.
• Assess and record donor weight and vitals.
• Set up, operate and maintain instruments for donor qualification and donation.
• Document activities and issues; ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Promote customer satisfaction through appropriate interaction with donors.
