Responsibilities include donor registration, health history, vital checks, phlebotomy setup, equipment maintenance, and thorough documentation, while delivering excellent donor service and handling samples per protocol.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Health-related education/experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register donors.
• Administer health history questionnaire.
• Assess donor weight and vitals.
• Ensure facility/equipment cleanliness and maintenance.
• Operate donor qualification and donation instruments and perform QC.
• Document activities and issues.
• Pack, label and ship samples as required.
• Attend to donor needs and reactions.
