Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Plasma Donor Screener to join our donation center team in Tulsa, OK. You will perform phlebotomy and donor screening to support plasma center operations while delivering excellent donor service.

You will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and donor care. Experience in customer-facing roles and phlebotomy is helpful, and lifting requirements up to 32 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and donor screening experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and perform finger stick measurements.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow procedures.
