  • Excellent listening and communication skills for donor interactions.
  • Commitment to donor confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
  • Respond to donor reactions and assist as needed.
  • Monitor donor health and equipment quality.
  • Set up, operate, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines.
  • Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment safely.
  • Follow health and safety protocols in the plasma center.
