Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
• Work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, and extreme cold.
• Use required personal protective equipment.
