This pivotal role involves overseeing center operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, and fostering a positive experience for donors and staff. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance of center personnel, while achieving key business targets for collection volumes and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a regulated environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Join us in creating life-saving therapies for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in plasma/blood collection or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of plasma operations and FDA, CLIA, cGMP regulations preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for center visits.
