Job summary

B Positive Plasma seeks a Center Manager to uphold donor safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance under supervision. The role prioritizes SOP adherence, QA coordination, and efficient center operations.

The position involves staff management, training, inventory oversight, and readiness for audits, with travel to support multiple centers as needed. A strong operations and healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred in management, business, nursing, finance, or science.
• Current nursing license (LPN) in good standing for the state applying for.
• CPR and BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure donor suitability, product integrity, and donor health in compliance with FDA, state, and SOP standards.
• Oversee center operations: inventory, training, documentation, and facility maintenance per SOP.
• Manage donor flow and on-site staff, including scheduling and issue resolution.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate center employees per SOP.
• Report any errors to Quality Assurance and support audits.
