3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Center Manager to oversee production-area employees and ensure smooth daily operations in Villa Park, IL. You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and donor experiences.

Responsibilities include safeguarding biosafety, managing inventory, and collaborating with the Center Manager to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; lift up to 32 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine-motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities for non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
