Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and support operational activities.
• Collaborate with donors to address concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
