Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and donor/plasma processing experience required.
• Familiarity with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP procedures preferred.
• Experience in leading teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor flow and production tasks in the plasma center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and related records.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; document records accurately.
