Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred, managing 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals and KPIs for staffing, CPL, and quality.
• Lead center operations with ethics, integrity, and high standards.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency and supervise process improvements.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection, and records completion.
• Provide strategic direction and budget management for the center.
