Qualifications

• Four years of experience in the medical field is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor-related activities and center operations in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, CLIA.
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff; monitor performance.
• Manage budget, expenses, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on audits and corrective actions.
