Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomist, donor processor, plasma processor and designated trainer certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain thorough documentation of necessary records.
• Assure the facility remains clean and equipment in good working order.
• Submit timely reports to Center Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in center funds control and staff training.
• Communicate with other service areas to ensure quality.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation.
• Report unsafe conditions to area lead, supervisor or manager.
• May be trained to repair plasma center equipment.
• Assist in any task to pursue company objectives.
