Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to bend, reach, and lift up to 32 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds).
• Prepared to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
