BioLife Plasma Services is hiring a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations. You will determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review tests, and notify donors of results while working under the Center Manager and Center Physician.

The role requires active state licenses (EMT-B/A/I/P, LPN/LVN, or RN), CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical setting. BioLife offers comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• State-licensed healthcare professional required (EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-I, EMT-P, LPN/LVN, or RN).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility and informed consent; review medical history and test results.
• Manage donor adverse events and coordinate with medical staff per SOPs.
• Report to Center Manager and Center Physician for medical issues and guidance.
• Support vaccination programs and occupational health safety for staff.
