Job summary

Olgam Life in Florida is seeking a Donor Processor to register and screen donors at our plasma center. You will ensure donor eligibility in accordance with federal, local, and organizational standards and maintain accurate records throughout the screening process.

Paid training starts at minimum wage, with shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm or 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. The position pays $16.50 an hour, with benefits after 60 days of employment and Saturday plus one other weekday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional communication with management.
• Flexible scheduling to support center operations.
• Ability to perform multi-step, technically driven tasks.
• Experience with electronic systems used to track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Registering new and returning donors.
• Manage donor identification and deferral registry checks.
• Verify donor vitals for suitability at each visit.
• Assess donor medical history for pre-donation screening.
• Determine donor eligibility for plasma.
• Other duties as assigned by Center Management.
